Shipping
Furniture usually delivered to your door between 8-15 business days from the date of order. We ship UPS and/or Freight Carrier throughout the Continental United States. Over sized items ship via LTL Freight Carrier. if the items ship via LTL freight carrier then shipping charges will be higher then ground shipping charges displayed at our web site. in that situation we will contact the customer for the difference. We aren’t shipping to Alaska and Hawaii Shipping time may vary based upon the customer's delivery location in the USA and which shipping carrier is chosen. We will be contact to you promptly if we are out of stock or discontinued on an item. our prices are subject to change without prior notice. When your order has been shipped we will contact you via e-mail for indicating an estimated time of arrival.
Refunds
5 Business Day Return/Exchange or Refund Policy on all items. The 5 Business days begin from the Date of Your Delivery to Your Home. All Shipping Charges will be the Responsibility of the Customer. If you are exchanging or requesting a Refund for an Item within the 5 business Day Period, please contact us with this Request and we will Issue an RMA # to You. All Returned Shipments without RMA # will not be accepted. There will be 15% restocking fee with any returned items.
CANCELLATION
An order may be cancelled within one business days. All orders are considered to be special orders. NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule.
IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED
Our staff checks out the item before shipping out for any defects and if needed we reinforced the packaging. This process reduces the chances of damage. However, in the event of damage please save all original packaging and notify us and the shipping company immediately. Damages to items shipped must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us immediately. Concealed damage must be reported to us and the shipper within 1 day of arrival. Pictures are required in the event of hidden damage.
For oversize items we are using the trucking companies to ship item to you. when the package arrives make the delivery person wait and please inspect outside of your package carefully. if there is any damages to your packaging then write on the delivery reciept that there is some damages outside of packaging and after checking the inside we will let you know that the inside product damaged or not.
If there are partial damages or shortages, accept the good items and list damages/shortages on the delivery receipt. If the product is refused and damage is noted on the delivery receipt; we will send free replacement parts to correct the problem, or issue a pickup to replace the product at our discretion. If a replacement is declined and you would rather cancel your order you may choose from the following. Upon receipt of return we will issue a refund, store credit, or exchange at your request. All refunds, exchanges, or store credits are less a 15% restock fee and actual round trip shipping charges. We are not responsible for any damages not reported within 1 day of arrival.
